Passive Emitter Geolocation & Constellation Design

We develop algorithms and tools for passive geolocation of radio emitters, optimizing constellation geometry and tracking performance. Research spans AoA/ToA models, PDOP analysis, and rigorous timedelay error modeling—including relativistic and atmospheric effects—across microwave and millimeterwave bands. Outcomes guide satellite placement, observation scheduling, and realtime estimation strategies for resilient spacebased surveillance.
